Biyografi
Miguel Morgado holds a PhD in Political Science, an MA in Political Science and a BA in Economics. He was the senior political advisor to the portuguese Prime Minister between 2011 and 2015. Between 2015 and 2019 he was a member of the portuguese Parliament.
