Jumana Dodin

umana Dodin is a 26 year old filmmaker and script writer from Amman, Jordan. Her interest in filmmaking has increased after taking workshops with the Royal Film Commission - Jordan, in script writing and short film making (in which her debut short film was produced.) She has also made short experimental films with her friends. She is currently working on personal projects and writing her own scripts, and learning more about directing. She has a background in architecture and design, a bachelor's degree in computer science, a year of corporate work experience, as well as a passion for art, Arab culture, storytelling and filmmaking, especially independent films. She aspires to become an independent freelance filmmaker, and add to the rich cultural output of independent Arab films.
