Agil Naghiyev (A.A.Naghiyev) was born in Baku. He studied at Baku State University, specializing in International Law (2004-2008), and at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (2010-2012). He worked as an employee of the Mortgage Fund (2009-2017), and as a department head of the Deposit Insurance Fund (2018-2020). Since 2020, he has been the deputy director of “S Construction” company.
