Still in session with Susan, Dyna and Kit, use their own clients to defend, rather unsuccessfully, their individual positions on the whole "baby" issue.

Kit suggests she and Dyna try out other therapists, but the selection process becomes more trouble than it's worth, until Cindy steps in with some rather inappropriate advice. Dyna and Kit meet with two very different--yet oddly similar--therapists who both teach them that perhaps the sex swing is the only option.

Dyna's younger sister, DeeDee, comes for a visit, with a big surprise for both Dyna and Kit, that ends up producing some very interesting fireworks.

While Cindy and Guy get left behind, DeeDee heads off with Dyna and Kit to New Orleans and onto the Sweet Cruise. Guy's little sister, Shauna, takes charge of the "filming". Dyna and Kit explore the cruise ship and meet some of their fans, and some of their "old friends".

Dyna and Kit get some much needed PR advice from DeeDee as Guy tries to comfort a very down Cindy. While Dyna and Kit finally get some alone time on the ship, Susan ventures into the wild world of speed dating.

While Dyna and Kit answer questions from their many fans at a Q&A session, they remember some of their more interesting clients. The Q&A session ends abruptly and oddly, as Kit walks out and has an enlightening heart to heart with DeeDee.

While Kit tries to discover the truth from Dyna about events past, Cindy tries to get Guy to understand the truth about himself. While on the cruise, Dyna and Kit decide they have no other option but to seek out Susan to get to the bottom of their troubles.

Back home and ready for a poker night, everyone gathers and does their best to keep their secrets. As the final round of poker commences, the truth comes out which causes one relationship to blossom and the other to end.
