Caillou tells Rosie to get off the computer, since it’s past her bedtime, but she refuses to do so. As a result, she is grounded.

Rosie steals a candy bar from Plotant after Boris told her she couldn't get a candy bar, and she gets grounded as a result.

Latrell has to watch Rosie while Boris is at the store with Doris, Caillou, and his other siblings. But Rosie seems to be giving Latrell a hard time.

Rosie wants to sneak out of the house to go to a Halloween party, but gets the news that she isn’t allowed to go, so she decides to sneak out of the house to go.
