Black-capped Comeback, Making Signs & a Fishing Warden

The black-capped vireo was once on the verge of extinction. But thanks to better conservation practices, vireo numbers have rebounded. At state parks, iconic brown and yellow signs help give you directions, and for decades they have all been made in the same shop at Bastrop State Park.
