Dr. Hathi's Good News

The vegetable seller Sunita is sick and the Mahila Mandal is at her house. They call Dr Hathi to check her. He tells them that she has a brain tumour and the operation will cost around three to four lacs. He also tells them that she can get her operation done for free and the government will pay for it.
