Popatlal's Despair

Champaklal tries to help Popatlal get out of depression but Popatlal doesn't see light at the end of the tunnel. Jethalal and Taarak Mehta decide to make Popatlal happy by gifting him a brand new phone but this plan also fails. Then, Sodhi comes up with an idea to invite Popatlal for a party but Popatlal declines the invitation. How will Popatlal get out of despair?
