Investigating a vehicle emitting a unusual energy field, Ironman discovers the truck is actually Optimus Prime taking the form of a truck and the alien does not wish to be detained.

On an unspecified mission to Themyscira, Wolverine is confronted by Wonder Woman who orders him to leave the island or die. Instead, Wolverine challenges the sword-wielding Amazon to a game of "Just the Tips" and the battle is joined.

Batman Beyond's plans for dinner and a movie with his girlfriend, Kim, are put on hold when Bruce Wayne notifies his protégé that someone has broken into Wayne Towers. Upon arrival, he discovers that Spider-Man 2099 is searching for an unnamed object. The two quickly embroiled in a battle royal on top of and over some of Gotham City's tallest skyscrapers.
