Sudden Summer Rain

That summer, the island covered in lychee trees was as lively as a child's. The happiness I gained on the island was not just a little bit, it had the taste of lychee ice honey, the aroma of fruit wood roasted chicken, and the sweetness and astringency of youth. Unfortunately, the lychee tree that year did not bloom, let alone bear any fruit.
