Puerto Rican business manager Edgardo Díaz gambles on the formation of the “forever young” boy band Menudo – who quickly take Latin America by storm.

Mainland USA becomes enamored with Menudo as they expand into English-language pop… until a run-in with Miami law threatens the band’s wholesome image.

The Menudo empire begins to show cracks as allegations of mistreatment and sexual abuse surface.

While Menudo’s legacy is cemented in the international boy band craze of the late ‘90s and early ‘00s, some former members reflect on the unresolved injustice, scandal, and trauma of their experience.
