While visiting their parents' home for the holidays, Lily and Margot make a bet that will push them both outside of their comfort zone.

Margot creates her fitness persona. Lily makes her first attempt at friendship.

Margot tries to turn it up. Lily blurs the lines between friendship and fitness.

Following some early success, Margo is upset by a nasty internet troll and turns to Lily for advice. Meanwhile, Lily discovers that her first attempt at making a friend wasn't as easy as it seemed.

Margot starts to see the physical results of her labors which encourages her to make another video. However, she finds herself at a loss when it comes to promoting her channel to garner more viewers. Lily gets rebuffed several times in her quest for a friend, until a chance encounter on a bus puts her in the lead.

Margot, desperate to attract more viewers, takes the nuclear option and visits her dreaded ex-boyfriend Brad who is a popular gamer with his own channel and fan base. The ensuing video draws the viewers, but the content seriously hurts Lily's feelings and both sisters are left hurting.

With the sisters relationship about to burst at the seams, their parents decide to step in to see if they can put things back together. Dad takes Margot to meet an Olympian while Mom talks to Lily about life while cooking. They all share a contentious family meal where the sisters find themselves bonding over their equal displeasure for their parents methods. But the feud continues.

With the wager complete, the sisters come to realize that they are both far more to each other than competitors and each learns a little bit more about the other and themselves.
