Empty-nesters Cindy and Chris love to entertain, but their boxy townhouse is only good for serving up challenges. An awkward kitchen and no proper space for Cindy to do her art have Chris beyond frustrated. Todd is called on to find a home that better suits their lifestyle and is ready for their retirement. While Cindy can't see the reason to pack up and move, a few fixes from Jillian will give them exactly what they need.
