Joel and Nish venture to Mexico to the land of Tarahumara; the legendary tribe people of north-western Mexico who are renowned for their long distance running ability, which Joel will attempt to achieve.

The duo head to Brazil where, under Nish Kumar's watchful eye, Joel Dommett will train with the Xavante and take part in a punishing relay race like no other.

Comedians Joel Dommett and Nish Kumar travel to the Philippines to test Joel's hunter-gatherer skills. He must learn to free-dive in order to catch fish, and scale cliffs for birds nests.
