English rapper Tinie Tempah joins Jamie in the kitchen this episode. Tinie - whose parents were both born in Nigeria - cooks a classic West African street food dish, Suya. Jamie's ultimate salt and pepper squid.

On the café menu this week: Downton Abbey's 'Lord Grantham' himself, Hugh Bonneville. Hugh gets stuck into the prep for his pad Thai. Jamie goes for the ultimate roast with his overnight roasted pork shoulder.

British music sensation Ellie Goudling tucks into her yummy vegan burger with Jamie and Jimmy. Ellie's vegan twist on the traditional 'dirty burger' involved swapping the meat for corn, peas and broad beans. Once a junk food junkie, Ellie now enjoys giving her old indulgences a healthy twist, such as this vegan burger. Jamie's indulgent Japanese steaming ramen is worth the effort.

Welsh actor and director Michael Sheen joined Jamie in the café this episode. Michael returned to his roots when he cooked the national dish of Wales, a delicious lamb cawl. Jamie wowed diners with his winter’s night chili.

English singer/songwriter Paloma Faith joins the boys in the kitchen to whip up a dish close to her heart. Paloma gets stuck into cooking a Portuguese fish dish, Bacalhau à Brás. Paloma's Bacalhau à Brás, made with salted cod, scrambled eggs, fried potato and marinated olives. Jamie served up the ultimate sticky Chinese ribs.
