The carriage house portion of Mina's massive Victorian passion project is almost complete. However, when Mina gets some daunting news about her exploding budget, it could take an unthinkable personal sacrifice for her to afford the rest of the project.

Mina stretches her already thin budget to restore the historical, yet expensive, Victorian elements at Sanders. But when Mina books her first wedding for Charlotte Hall, the pressure is on when the bride throws her a scheduling curveball.

With just eight weeks remaining before the first scheduled wedding, Mina is feeling the squeeze to finish the entire renovation at Charlotte Hall. And when a major plumbing disaster strikes, the project's on-time completion could be in total jeopardy.
