With Gorka on dad duty, Gemma makes a TV appearance. Later, Gorka heads to Madrid and we get a sneak peek at the Spanish Strictly Come Dancing - Bailando con las estrellas.

Gemma has some serious self-improvement in mind this episode, beginning with a tough new 12-week fitness regime with personal trainer ‘Evil' Steve. There is also a post-partum check-up to see how her c-section scarring is healing. As a mum to two young children staying fit, healthy and strong is key for Gemma.
