David Chase, newspaperman and amateur sleuth, writes a column on famed dramatic coach, Allan Rubio, who is disabled and has a side hobby of beekeeping. When the fiance of one of the coach's students is murdered, Chase uncovers a solution.

A perfect crime is committed during the filming of a television drama about a murder taking place. David Chase witnesses the occurrence and using his reporter skills uncovers the person who is responsible.
