Tired of couch surfing and in dire need of his own space, busy banker and newly single father of three, Kevin, is looking for a three-bedroom rental close to his children's home and within walking distance to their school. And although he's got a sizeable budget, finding a rental in an owner-dominated neighborhood is proving to be a huge challenge. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to find a suitable dwelling for Kevin and his kids... But can she get him to adjust his expectations or expand his search area?
